GLP-1 compounds are dosed in milligrams and titrated upward over months under medical supervision. Miscalculated doses of compounded GLP-1s have caused documented harm, including hospitalisations. Any figures referenced are titration steps as reported in published clinical trials — a reference, not a protocol. Quick-select amounts are deliberately not offered here.

Advanced options

On syringe sizes: 0.3 mL, 0.5 mL and 1.0 mL barrels — often called 30, 50 and 100 unit syringes — are all U-100 calibrated. One unit is 0.01 mL on every one of them; only the barrel length and the number of marks differ. There is no "U-50" concentration. U-40 is a genuinely different calibration used for some veterinary insulin — reading a U-40 syringe as though it were U-100 delivers 2.5× the intended volume.
